Tips for a Great Stay
We want you to be happy when you choose to stay with us.
We only take reservations and cancellations online through our own website to prevent double bookings and to save on costs so the savings can be passed along to you. The inn is small with only 10 traditional rooms downstairs and 5 economy / shared baths rooms upstairs. If our online booking system show that the room you are looking for is not available, that is because it’s currently booked. Our availability is shown online in real time and is all that we have. Please do not call to see if we have availability other than what is shown online. We do not have a wait list. When people cancel online the room will again become available so please keep checking.
In the season we can get 100 calls a day. In order to keep costs down there is no office on site but rest assured there’s almost always someone around to help with emergency needs. We strive to provide our guests with clean, comfortable rooms and a great stay.
If you feel you need someone at a front desk 24/7 to feel comfortable, then this property may not be for you. Check in instructions are texted to guests and are typically contactless or 100 yards away at the restaurant.
Important — The room that you book online is the room you get. For example: if you book a room with one twin bed and show up with five people you will not be happy.
Occupancy — Please look at the pictures and description online and make sure you have the correct occupancy. Too many times people book online and arrive with more people than the room that was booked can accommodate and ask to change rooms. We must follow our occupancy requirements.
